Since the start of his appraisal career in 1994, he has completed a wide variety of residential and commercial property appraisals in Central British Columbia.  Brad has been an expert witness for the Supreme Court of British Columbian and has property negotiating and land management and leasing experience. 
He has completed  Construction Deficiency Reports to be used for litigation purposes. 

As his family has been in the Okanagan Residential Home Building Industry since 1970, he has an excellent knowledge of residential home construction and management.  

Brad has the following designations/certifications:

- CRA          Canadian Residential Appraiser (License #3553)

- DIPL.RA     Diploma of Real Estate Appraisal

- CPM          Certificate of Property Management

Brad is completing the final courses with the University of British Columbia to obtain his AACI designation and is taking courses towards his Reserve Fund Planning & Management Certification. 

A lifelong resident of Kelowna, Brad is still enjoying life in the Okanagan with his wife Robin and four children Tyrell, Haley, Hudson and Weston.    He enjoys playing and coaching soccer and volleyball as well as Skiing, Snowboarding, Volleyball and Wakeboarding.

Brad spends much of his spare time giving back to the community including:

- past board member of the Central Okanagan Soccer Association (COYSA) position as Facility Fund Chairman (4 years)

- past board member and the Kelowna Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) & coach of 9 years

- founding member of Okanagan Soccer Alliance (OSA) for Soccer Facility Development in the Central Okanagan

- Kelowna Volleyball Club (KVC) Coach for 3 years

- Dr. Knox Middle School Volleyball Coach for 4 years

Aaron grew up in 100 Mile House before moving to Kelowna to attend UBCO. He obtained a B.Sc Economics degree and joined Appraisal West in 2017. He completed the CRA P. App designation in 2021 and is currently working towards the AACI certification.

In his free time, Aaron enjoys many of the activities the Okanagan offers, such as swimming, biking, golfing, and skiing.

Ashley was born and raised in Kelowna and graduated from UBC Okanagan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She worked at a major bank for over 10 years before joining the team at Appraisal West in 2021. Ashley is currently working towards obtaining her CRA designation.

Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, running, and visiting the beautiful Okanagan beaches.
